There is a small laundry room with a washer and dryer near to the bedrooms and kitchen. The kitchen is a modern style with adequate storage and a handy kitchen island cart placed in the middle. All three bedrooms have queen-sized beds, are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans, with cosy window seats and adequate closet space.

If you wish to relax or have a small private gathering, there is a charming sunroom, located on the left upon entering the living room, which is outfitted with a small bar, bar stools, lounge chairs and lovely antique furnishings.

On the outside, overlooking the beautiful garden and breathtaking ocean, there is an outdoor covered patio on the ground floor, ideal for breakfast or lunch as well as a covered rooftop, decked out with a mini bar, lounge chairs and swinging seat perfect for entertaining; when decorated with bright, colourful lights this area is sure to be mesmerizing at night, as you unwind to the soothing sounds of the waves.

If you wish to sunbathe and indulge in some lazy days, there is also a garden for you to do just that!

It is off the street with a parking lot, which can hold approximately four vehicles comfortably. The owner vacations in a private cottage on the property, which is separated from the main property by a gate.

Banyan Beach House Villa is located approximately five minutes’ drive from historical places of interest such as the Mount Gay Rum Distillery, Rihanna Drive and the cricket mecca, Kensington Oval, as well as Bridgetown, the capital of the island. Take a twenty-minute drive to the west coast, namely Holetown in St. James, where you will find the upscale Limegrove Lifestyle Centre and many restaurants and shops.
