Accra Beach is within an easy walking distance from the villa, along with Quayside Mall, Chefette Restaurant. The villa is also close to bus routes to the city or Oistins which is further south. Massy Supermarket is within a two-mile radius and half a mile away takes you to the Rockley Golf Course.

Three air-conditioned bedrooms are on the breezy east side of the villa. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. The second and third bedroom share a common bathroom. All bedrooms also have ceiling fans, an abundance of cupboards and lovely wooden floors.

A sizeable laundry room is also just to the left of the carport complete with washer, dryer, laundry sink, iron and ironing board.

The covered carport leads to the kitchen by access to a few steps. This kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and is very comfortable for entertaining with lovely granite counter tops and a three seater bar stool area.

Easy flow from the kitchen to the eight-seater dining area unto the comfortable living room where you can enjoy cable tv and wifi. For all local phone calls there is a cell phone which is left for the use of the guests.

One of the main features of this villa is the large covered patio area which also has an outside dining area. Very cool and comfortable this area looks over the gardens and surrounding homes in the neighbourhood and offers comfortable seating for relaxation.

The plunge pool in the center of the garden area has a lovely deck with an adequate supply of loungers and shower.

The gardens have a lovely assortment of tropical flowering plants and there is even a lime tree which when in season produces some wonderful limes that guests can squeeze and enjoy a cool, fresh glass of lemonade.

Complete with a full stock of linens including beach towels, there is also a once a week housekeeping and pool service included in all rentals.
