Welcomed by the inviting shades of neutral pastels accented with pops of tropical colour, “Four Winds” Forest Hills 4 is a tastefully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom residence located on the renowned Royal Westmoreland Resort. Guests will have their own reserved parking spaces for Forest Hills 4.

On the upper level, the air-conditioned open plan layout offers an equipped kitchen; with bar top eating area, four-seater dining area and a spacious living room which enjoys picturesque views out to the golf course and sea beyond. This upper level also offers access to the partially covered terrace with shaded outdoor dining area.

On the lower level, the two vibrantly decorated ensuite bedrooms both offer king beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, safes and large screen televisions. The Master suite offers an enclosed seating area; ideal for an afternoon read while the guest bedroom offers access to a private patio. Both bedrooms provide access to the beautifully landscaped and well-maintained garden.

Guests of Four Winds can enjoy access to the Forest Hills communal swimming pool as well as the other amenities offered by the Royal Westmoreland Resort. These include flood-lit tennis courts, state of the art gym, clubhouse, sanctuary and beach facilities at the popular Mullins Beach, St. Peter. Guests will have full membership to access the golf course in Royal Westmoreland. Guests will also receive a complimentary bottle of champagne on arrival.

In addition, Four Winds offers social golf privileges which permit each guest of the villa access to 4 rounds of golf per annum. Guests will be allowed entrance to the 18-hole championship golf course between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, Sunday to Friday.

Guests may also have complimentary access to the Port St Charles Beach facilities which includes armchairs and umbrellas.

Airport ‘meet and greet’ can be arranged upon request. Guests may have a late check out for free once there is availability to do so.
