Beach View is currently building 19 brand new units and will be ready to welcome you in November 2018. Our new units include a mix of hotel rooms, spacious suites and two-storey villas. The Ylang Ylang Villas are in 2 buildings, located on the East side of the property with their own pool.
The buildings overlook tropical landscaped gardens and comprise 10 luxury 3 bedroom 2-storey villas, 5 villas in each building. The villas are 2,199 sq ft. The ground floors feature an en suite master bedroom, two private patios as well as a fully equipped kitchen, living & dining areas and powder room. Owners enjoy 3 months of personal use of the apartments per year. During the remainder of the yea,r the apartment remains in our rental pool.
